Maxiblink offers free shipping on all domestic orders – No Minimum Purchase, including all eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases (if available).

At Maxiblink, we stand for transparency, trust, and timely delivery. We understand how special your jewelry purchase is, so we strive to ship your order securely and promptly.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

Shipping Partners

We ship via trusted logistics providers such as Amazon Shipping, Ekart, Ecom Express, and other reliable carriers. In rare cases, for remote or smaller towns, we may use alternative services which could extend delivery by 2–3 additional days.

Tracking & Communication

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your order. Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeline, please reach out to support@maxiblink.com for assistance.

We will also notify you once the courier confirms delivery. Please report any delivery-related issues within 2–3 days of confirmation. Requests raised beyond this window may not be accepted.


Package Inspection & Unboxing Guidelines

To ensure a smooth resolution in case of any issues, we request customers to follow these steps when receiving and opening their package:

  • Check the outer packaging carefully before accepting the delivery.

    • If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please note this on the delivery receipt and take clear photos or a short video of the package in its received condition.

    • Contact us within 24 hours at support@maxiblink.com with the images or video.

  • Record an unboxing video while opening the package.
    This helps us verify any damage or mismatch claims efficiently. If the product inside is found damaged or incorrect, please email us the unboxing video along with your order details. This will greatly help us resolve the issue faster.

Note: Maxiblink is not liable for product damage claims if the package is accepted and signed for without any remarks and the above instructions are not followed.


Delays & Exceptions

If a product has a longer dispatch timeline, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page or communicated directly. In rare unavoidable delays due to courier or external circumstances, we will notify you using the contact information you provided.
