Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Maxiblink, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience for you. Our 7-day return and cancellation policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind while shopping with us.


Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by sending an email to info@maxiblink.com or contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 6290194608.

  • Cancellation requests after the order has been processed or dispatched will not be accepted.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as per the refund guidelines below.


Return & Replacement Policy

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  2. You must submit a return request within 24 hours of delivery confirmation by emailing info@maxiblink.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 6290194608.

  3. The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging, tags, and invoice intact.

  4. An unboxing video and photos of the product are mandatory to validate the claim and to ensure a smooth resolution.


Important: Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure transparency and quicker resolution in case of product damage or wrong delivery, we kindly request you to:

  • Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

  • In case of any damage or incorrect item, email us the unboxing video along with clear photographs of the product at info@maxiblink.com.

This step is essential for us to verify the claim and process returns or replacements efficiently. Claims without an unboxing video may not be considered.


Return Window

  • Once your return request is approved, you must ship the product back to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Maxiblink will share the return shipping address and detailed return instructions.


Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI to the details provided by you.


Additional Guidelines

  • Products returned without prior approval via email or WhatsApp will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolutions do not qualify for returns.

  • Under any courier or logistic delays, we will provide assistance and keep you informed.
